In this course, the participant will analyze key concepts of race, gender, and sexual orientation. Participant will determine roles in examining oppression at the individual, institutional, and societal levels based on the intersections of race, gender, and sexual orientation. An actionable individual plan for addressing this oppression with the classroom will be created.
