This 3-credit hour class is a great introduction to the world of PLC’s. It is perfect for any grade level, general or special ed teacher, as well as administrator or other school staff. This class is divided into four main parts related to guiding a Professional Learning Community. Teachers will learn the basics of PLC structures, common formative assessments, group dynamics, and moving a PLC forward in order to increase student learning.
This is a self-paced class with no set due dates for activities or assignments to allow for flexibility based on people’s busy schedules.
This class is available for License Renewal, Graduate Credit, Paraeducator or Audit credit.
