Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): The ISEA has expanded options for EFT for a convenient and easy way to pay association dues. EFT allows members to bypass their school district and work directly with their association. All you have to do is print this form and send it to your UniServ office. Professional membership: Professional members include teachers, librarians, nurses, and other professionals employed by K-12 school districts, area education agencies, community colleges, and state universities. Education Support Professional: Educational Support membership is available for currently employed school secretaries, classroom aides, custodians, food service, maintenance, and transportation workers. ISEA Student membership: Any college or university student who intends to enter the education profession is eligible for student membership. The ISEA student program has more than 260 members on 19 campuses across the state. We join more than 60,000 fellow NEA Student members on 900 campuses around the nation. ISEA Annual and and Lifetime Retired: Any retired person having qualified for Professional or Educational Support membership who is at least 45 years old is eligible for NEA/ISEA Retired membership. Many persons choose to continue their membership after retirement in order to remain eligible for member benefits programs, including the $1 million liability insurance coverage for retired members who chose to substitute teach. In addition, retired members receive publications and many other opportunities to keep in touch with the education world.
